Sparr Hub
Sparr Hub is a gym management system, not a listing. It holds your members, their memberships, what each of them has paid and what they still owe, and it takes attendance at the door — from the front desk, from a printed code on the wall, or from the member's own phone. The classes you publish from it appear in the Sparr app for fighters near you. The whole of that is free and it is not capped.
Most combat sports gyms run on three things that do not talk to each other: a paper sign-in sheet at the door, a notebook or a spreadsheet of who has paid, and a WhatsApp group nobody reads in time. The cost is not admin — it is that nobody knows who is late on payment, who has quietly stopped coming, or which sessions actually fill. Sparr Hub replaces all three with one screen, and the ledger it keeps is one you can defend: a mistake posts an equal and opposite entry, so nothing is ever rubbed out.
Front Desk — free, forever. Unlimited members, plans and renewals. The payment ledger. Check-in at the door and a printed wall QR. Money, roster and attendance reports. This is the whole front desk and there is no cap on it, because a half-working front desk is worse than the notebook it replaces.
Pro — 50 JOD a month. Retention cohorts, churn risk and demand by hour of the day; unlimited classes on the map; three coach accounts; export to CSV or PDF; a year of report history; and a push to your followers when you publish a class.
Elite — 70 JOD a month. Everything in Pro, plus unlimited coach accounts, full report history, city-wide reach for a class, the Verified Hub badge, and the acquisition report — where every member came from, including how many of them Sparr sent you.
Submit the form above with your gym name, location and the disciplines you teach. Approved gyms get a dashboard login and a printable wall code for the door. There is no setup fee, no contract and no card to start — a gym can be running its roster the same week it applies. Existing partners sign in through the gym portal rather than reapplying.
Boxing gyms, Brazilian jiu-jitsu academies, MMA gyms, Muay Thai and kickboxing clubs, wrestling rooms, and mixed combat sports facilities. It is built for gyms whose product is mat time — not for general fitness centres, and not for studios that only sell class packages.
