Sparr Hub is a free gym management system — a front desk, not a map listing and not an ERP. It runs your roster, your memberships, who owes money, and check-in at the door, and lets you host classes that show up in the app for fighters to find.

The fighter app is free to download and use, with no paid tier on the fighter side. On the gym side, Sparr Hub's free plan runs your whole front desk — unlimited members, plans, subscriptions, payments, check-ins and the door QR — and it is not a trial. Paid plans add reporting and reach on top of the same front desk: Pro is 49 JOD a month and Elite is 89 JOD a month, with 16% off a 3-month term, 23% off 6 months and 30% off 12 months. There is no card to start and no setup fee.

Your front desk keeps working. Members, plans, subscriptions, the payment ledger, check-ins and the door QR are free on every plan and they do not close — no gym is locked out of its own roster over a late bank transfer. You keep the last 90 days of reports. What closes is retention and churn risk, the CSV export, the acquisition report, the class pushes and the verified badge, and all of it comes back the day you renew. There are also 7 days after the date during which nothing changes at all.

No. Nothing is deleted when a term ends. Every member, plan, payment and check-in stays where it is and stays editable, because the free plan runs the same front desk. The only thing that narrows is how far back the reports look: 90 days instead of the full history. While you are on a paid plan you can export any report to CSV and keep your own copy.

Your members' data sits in Google Cloud, encrypted at rest, behind access rules we review whenever the data model changes. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers or data brokers — Sparr runs no advertising at all. Two things worth knowing: the admins you give a seat to are the people who can see your gym's data, and the moment you export a CSV that file is on your own computer and yours to protect. Both are set out in the privacy policy and the Hub Partner Terms.

There is an agreement — the Hub Partner Terms — but no minimum term and no lock-in. Either side can end it with 14 days' written notice. No card is collected to start, and no payment is taken through this website.

Every fighter builds a Reliability Score based on their session show-up rate. Confirming attendance and checking in via QR raises it; confirming but not showing lowers it. The score appears on fighter profiles, helping gyms and fellow fighters spot reliable training partners before committing to a session.

A gym generates a unique QR code for each class or session from the Sparr Hub dashboard. Fighters scan it at the door with the Sparr app. The check-in updates the gym's live roster in Hub in real time and adjusts the fighter's Reliability Score.

Yes. Sparr is live on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.

Sparr is available worldwide, in English and Arabic. Any fighter or gym with an internet connection can join.

It is a mark on a gym's profile in the app, and it is part of the Elite plan. Every gym on Sparr Hub — free plans included — appears on the discovery map once it goes live and can publish classes for fighters to find; the badge is a separate thing from being listed.
