If you stop paying
Your gym does not stop.
The members, the money, the check-ins and the door QR keep working. On every plan, forever, and on the day after a paid term ends. What closes is the reports, the export and the reach.
And for 7 days after the date, nothing changes at all.
A half-working front desk is worse than the notebook it replaces. That is why we do not ship one.
Before you decide
What happens when I stop paying?
Your front desk keeps working. Members, plans, subscriptions, payments, check-ins and the door QR are free on every plan and they do not close: no gym gets locked out of its own roster over a late bank transfer. You keep the last 90 days of reports. What you lose is retention and churn risk, the CSV export, the acquisition report and the pushes, and you get all of it back the day you renew. There are also 7 days after the date when nothing changes at all.
Do I lose my data?
No. Nothing is deleted when a term ends. Every member, plan, payment and check-in stays where it is and stays editable, because the free plan runs the same front desk. The only thing that narrows is how far back the reports look: 90 days instead of the full history. While you are on a paid plan you can export any report to CSV and keep your own copy.
Does this replace my accountant?
No, and it does not try to. Sparr Hub keeps the gym's own books: every subscription, every payment, every member who still owes you, and what each plan earned over any date range you pick. Export it to CSV and hand your accountant a file. What it will not do is file a tax return or run a chart of accounts, so if you already have accounting software, this feeds it rather than replaces it.
Is my members' data safe?
It sits in Google Cloud, encrypted at rest, behind access rules we review whenever the data model changes. We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to advertisers, and we run no advertising at all. Two things are worth knowing. The admins you give a seat to are the people who can see your gym's data, and the moment you export a CSV that file is on your computer and yours to protect. Both are spelled out in the privacy policy and the Hub Partner Terms.
