Sparr collects only the information necessary to deliver our martial arts discovery and gym front-desk services. Your fighter profile, training history, attendance records, and account credentials are stored securely on our servers and are never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

As a registered Sparr user, you have the right to access, correct, export, and permanently delete your personal data at any time. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Our privacy practices are designed to comply with GDPR guidelines and applicable Jordan data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on data collection and usage.

Gym partners using Sparr Hub agree to handle member data responsibly under our Hub Partner Terms of Service. Individual fighters using the Sparr app are covered by the User Terms of Service, which includes an assumption of risk acknowledgement for contact sports training activities.

Training on Sparr as a fighter? The User Terms of Service govern your account, your fighter profile, session bookings and check-ins, the Reliability Score, Memory Wall content you upload, and conduct expectations toward other fighters. They also set out the assumption of risk that applies to combat sports training arranged through the platform — Sparr is a discovery and coordination tool, not the operator of the sessions themselves.

Running a gym on Sparr Hub? The Hub Partner Terms of Service govern your dashboard account, plan and billing terms, your responsibilities as the host of any session you publish, and how you may handle attendance and member data collected through QR check-ins. Hub partners are independent operators; a verified pin on the Sparr map is not an endorsement of any gym's facilities, coaching, or safety practices.

Want your data removed? The Data Deletion page is the fastest route. It explains exactly what a deletion removes — credentials, profile, training and attendance history, Reliability Score, connections, and Memory Wall content — what may be retained where the law requires it, and the 30-day timeline. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once processed.
